Jestem w domu od ... wtorku (który jak się dowiedziałam jest dobrym dniem, cóż, przynajmniej nie dla samolotów). A wracać było bardzo trudno. Wolałabym się w to nie zgłębiać, ale było to niesamowicie przykre. Anglia jest cudowna, naprawdę, i NA 100% będę tam mieszkać. Niestety studiowanie w Sheffield nie wchodzi w grę (długie i nudne wyjaśnienie, nic wartego wspominania), ale ja po prostu muszę się tam przeprowadzić i potem pracować jako designer (Marks&Spencer!). To będzie prawdziwe spełnienie marzeń. A jak Pan Walt Disney powiedział: If you can dream it, you can do it.

Co do bardziej modowych spraw. Kupiłam sobie śliczne beżowe koturny! Yay! Są z New Looka i mają wzór w jaskółki w środku, co jak dla mnie jest absolutnie urocze. Pokarzę, że najszybciej jak się da (co zważywszy na pogodę w Polsce może być nieco problematyczne).
Sukienkę przerobiłam z ogromnej spódnicy znalezionej w second-handzie. Obok cudu krawiectwa to nawet nie leżała, ale jak dla mnie jest urocza, zwłaszcza kołnierzyk w stylu retro. To jest to!



I'm back home since... Tuesday (which I was told was a good day, well, not for airplanes for that matter). It was hard to leave. I'd rather not say anything else about it. England is absolutely wonderful and I will DEFINITELY live there. Unfortunately studying there is not an option for me (long and boring explanation, nothing worth mentioning) but I have no doubts about moving there and working as a designer for Marks&Spencer. That shall be the dream come true. And as Mr Walt Disey said: If you can dream it, you can do it.

About more fashion-oriented topic: I bought beautiful beige wedges! They are from New Look and have swallows inside, which I believe is lovely. I'll show them as soon as possible (considering Polish weather that might take a while).
About the dress. I made it from huge skirt found in second-hand store. It's not even close to be described as the next wonder of dressmaking, but I find it cute, especially with this vintage-like collar.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

Robi się zimno. Znowu! Jeeejku. W dodatku przez ostatnie prawie wiosenne dni z tym miłym świeżym wiatrem jeszcze trudniej to znieść. Może to i lepiej, ze wyjeżdżam w ferie? Ale chyba dobrze byłoby powiedzieć coś o tym tajemniczym wyjeździe. Otóż, ja i moja przyjaciółka (fani tutejszych zdjęć powinny kojarzyć o kim mówię - N.) jedziemy we wtorek do Sheffield. Całkiem same. Między innymi mamy się zorientować czy podoba nam się tamtejsza uczelnia i życie w Anglii w ogóle. Tylko to przyszło tak szybko! Nie mogę uwierzyć, że będziemy tam za DWA dni (według odliczania w Google)...
W każdym razie, będąc tam mam nadzieję, że damy rade zrobić jakieś zdjęcia na bloga :)

It's getting colder and colder. Again. It's even sadder after recent beautiful almost spring-like days. Maybe that's a good thing that I'm leaving for winter break after all? Maybe I'll say something about this mysterious trip. Me and my friend (the fans of photographs here should know who I'm talking about - N.) are going to Sheffield at Tuesday. All alone. Among other things, we're going to check out universty there, and basically how everything looks like in British world. It's just so soon, I can't imagine that we're going to be there in two-day time (according to Google countdown)...
Anyway, I hope we will get to do some photographs so that I could be able to show it in here.
